Widescreen. 1963 Summer. Nagano, the president of the Daiei Film Company, is in need of a hit movie. He's convinced to make a movie "in which hundreds of giant rats attack a city". Successful test footage and the movie is set for production, however disaster looms. The movie is canceled and the animals are destroyed, and an even bigger threat emerges. Not Rated.
