TARGET: St. Louis
Widescreen. After Hiroshima, the U.S. Army engaged in a series of classified open-air studies designed to test the effects of aerosol radiation. Testing was performed in low-income African-American neighborhoods of St. Louis. Consequently, generations of St. Louis residents were unwitting participants in a government testing program. This film investigates these events. 67 minutes.
