A BLOOD RED MORNING

Novel. Paris Detective Henri Lefort is suspicious as he begins his walk to work and spots a large bloodstain in front of his building. At the office, the chief of homicide is incredulous that Henri didn't hear the gunshot that killed a man right outside of his apartment. Henri soon finds out the dead man has a classified police file.
