Why should I register?
If you register with us you won't have to enter your name and address every time you place an order. Your shopping carts will be saved and you will be able to reload them at a later time by going to the "Your Account" page. You will also be able to add items to your Wish List.
How do I find an item?
You can search for items using title, author, keywords, ISBN, etc., or you can browse our subject areas. Each subject area is further divided by areas of interest to help you find the type of item you want.

What are remainders?
Remainders are books that publisher printed in a larger quantity than they could sell. A book is remaindered when a publisher's stock exceeds the projected future sales. Most remainders have a small mark on the edge of the book.
DVDs and CDs are also remaindered. With DVDs and CDs, the remainder mark is made on the bar code of the product.
What does Last Chance mean?
Last Chance items have a low inventory and will not be reordered, so it may be your last chance to purchase the item.
What does Web Exclusive mean?
Web Exclusives are items we list exclusively on our website, and not in our print catalogs.
What does Large Print mean?
Our Large Print category is used to classify all titles that are printed larger than the 12-point font standard. The font sizes for these titles currently range from 13.5 point to 18 point. Some titles are hardcover, some are paperback, and some have a smaller trim size, but all are printed in a larger font to make for an easier reading experience.
What does shopworn mean?
All of our books are new but some of them have been handled several times. Books marked Shopworn may have scuffed jackets, covers, or edges. There may also be small tears in the jacket or other minor imperfections.
What does No jacket mean?
Books marked No jacket originally had a dust jacket but are now being sold without the jacket.
What does damaged mean?
Books marked Damaged may have nicks, dents, creases or other damage to the cover and jacket.
How can I place an order?
You can order on this site using your credit card or PayPal on our secure server. Or, if you wish to pay by check, you can print out your order and mail it along with a check or money order to ERHBC, PO Box 15, Falls Village, CT 06031-0015
What payment methods do you offer?

Is it safe to use PayPal or my credit card?
Yes. We process your order on a secure server to ensure that your shopping will be safe.
Do you bill libraries and schools?
We do not bill libraries or schools at this time. Libraries and schools that use MasterCard or Visa to purchase may use either to order from us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship only to addresses with United States zip codes. However we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. We also do not ship to any U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.
What happened to the items in my shopping cart?
Every time you enter our site, whether by using a bookmark or a link from another site, you create a new shopping session. If you have registered with us, any shopping carts you have filled previously will be saved and you can reload them by going to the "Your Account" page. Unfortunately, there is no way to combine shopping carts.
How are my items shipped?
All shipments are made via U.S. Postal Service. Delivery is normally within 3 to 15 days.
How do you handle back orders?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, a second shipment will be made, normally in 14 days, but in no case later than 60 days. We do not add an additional shipping charge for the second shipment, and you are not charged until the item is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with every item you purchase from HamiltonBook.com or return it within 60 days for a full refund. You pay only the postage. There are no restocking fees and no questions asked.
