FIERCE POISON

Novel. London, 1893. On arrival to consult private agent Cyrus Barker and his partner, Thomas Llewelyn, a member of Parliament, immediately collapses to the floor, dead. He's been poisoned with a cyanide-laced raspberry tart. When the adulterated tarts take out other victims, Barker and Llewelyn embark on a mission to stop the serial poisoner.
