MORAL INJURY AND NONVIOLENT RESISTANCE: Breaking the Cycle of Violence in the Military and Behind Bars

Within the military and in prisons there have arisen new forms of saying "No" to violence. From U.S. combat veterans to Israeli refuseniks, and from Ohio prisoners in supermaximum security facilities to hunger strikers in California's Pelican Bay State Prison, the Lynds present the voices of those breaking cycles of violence with courageous acts of nonviolent resistance.
