PROSECUTION FOR TREASON

Using the constitution to define treason, the author argues that violence committed against citizens by anyone who wages weather warfare (using Hurricane Katrina as an example) or who sets epidemics in motion (like AIDS) should be prosecuted for the crime of treason. The law is clear on this.
